(II) The Night Of 1899

Chapter 2.

An accident stole her parents from her when she was just 6. Margret was everything she had to call her own. It's been 13 years now.
The Chamfers were the wealthiest of families in Wierbone at that time. The three brothers owned the grape fields and wine industry. Most of their earnings were stored in the treasury located inside the house. The location was a secret even to the house maid. Once full of happiness and joy that gigantic mansion was now abandoned.
Alice’s father was the youngest of the siblings. He named Alice as the heir to his part of the industry when she was just a toddler. Not knowing she would have to take it over so soon.
Margret leaned to pick that letter resting on the floor. “What is so strange about this invitation dear”, Margret asked as trying to read the letter with those rheumy eyes. “It says 25th of December, that’s the day after tomorrow”, Margret exclaimed but still struggling to read she continued, “At the Duvin Mansion” and suddenly the reason for Alice’s reaction cleared up to her. “I still remember that day when papa took me there. Can’t forget those gold chandeliers and fancy dresses. It was heavenly.. I was so happy to be with papa that day, never thought it could be the last day I’ll ever be with him..”, tears rolled down her red cheeks as she told.
Later that evening at the dinning table, “Would you like some more of the soup?”. Margret asked as she passed the bowl to Alice. Dim light from candles made the whole table look golden.
(13 years ago in a room of Duvin Mansion)
“Papa! where are you going”, said a little girl dressed in white jesuit. “Alice go stay with momma, I have some important work, I’ll be right with you”, said a bulky voice.

Movies for a Musical Weekend

Who doesn't like to have a weekend full of enjoyment and free from all week's stress. Trust me when I say there is nothing more relaxing than a musical. I don't know why but life is so easy in it. The human psychology is hard wired to love music, the taste may vary but I don't think anyone would ever deny loving it. So even if the story is shity, it's the music which carries you away. So without delay let's get to the movies. (There are many other great musicals but I'm only listing the ones I think you may haven't watched and are really great) The Sound Of Music This 1965 released movie is one of it's kind and still is loved among all. The story projects how a joyful nun gets into the life of 7 motherless children with a strict father and wins heart of all by her loving nature. This musical is a classic. Caution the hangover of this one may last for a week of more. Good to be watched with family or friends. (Unless you ar...

They are Fcuking infinity stones maan handle them with care! But this time the fate of the planet and existence itself has never been more uncertain as everything the Avengers have fought for in the first part when the planet was on the edge of destruction by giant alien spaceships from another galaxy. Or in the second part when the whole human existence was in danger of extinction by an AI made by Iron Man. Maybe its the third one when they all fought against each other because they were out of enemies and Tony was a jerk in last movie. So now they have called all the super hero...

(I) The Night of 1899

Chapter 1. It was a cloudy day, the mist was making it even harder to see. "Miss Chamfer, where are you!", an old stumbling voice muttered from below. "I'm in my room Margret", Alice screamed while rushing inside the hallway through the window. "Madam there is a strange man on the door asking for you", Margret said while reaching for the room. "Is he addressing me?", Alice replied while crawling inside the bed. "Yes, upon asking he even described you as a blond woman with light brown eyes." she replied. "Oh Margret, I am tired can you just ask this man what he wants". "Such a lazy fellow, have a little compassion for this old one", Margret mumbled  while moving out. It was cold inside, Alice tucked herself inside the blanket. With the window wide open the white and red saye curtains flew with the breeze, blowing off the lamps. After a while Margret returned with an envelope in her hand "He wanted to ...
